On 20 July 2022, representatives of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice the Rector Prof. Bohumil Jiroušek, Vice-Rector for Management and External Relations Dr. Ludvík Friebel and the Head of the Technology Transfer Office Dr. Růžena Štemberková visited the University of Passau, which was represented at the meeting by the Rector Prof. Ulrich Bartosch and the Vice-Rector Prof. Christina Hansen and their other colleagues, including Prof. Thomas Sauer, Prof. Thomas Kosch and Prof. Thomas Wünsch.
The subject of the meeting was mainly to discuss the possibilities of further closer mutual cooperation in the coming period, especially in the preparation of new joint projects in the field of international cooperation, technology/knowledge transfer, scientific projects and the promotion of mutual scientific cooperation, and last but not least, the promotion of student exchange visits was also discussed.
The next meeting will take place at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice during the winter semester.
