The Welcome Office provides practical guidance and coordinates support in the following areas:
- visas and residence permits;
- obligations after arrival in the Czech Republic;
- health insurance;
- accommodation;
- arrival and relocation;
- university registration and first administrative steps;
- everyday life in České Budějovice;
- support for accompanying family members;
- referral to relevant university and external services.
Some matters are handled directly by the Welcome Office, while others are managed in cooperation with faculties, the HR Department, student administration, dormitories and other university departments.
