Czech Television – Artificial intelligence will test cow health

Antibiotic resistance is on the rise not only in humans but also in animals, warns the Veterinary Administration. Some farmers are trying to prevent this trend through special milk tests. 'The culturing process is quite time and knowledge-intensive. We want to remove these barriers by using artificial intelligence and automating the whole process,' says Marek Otáhal, managing director of Herbavita CZ and a PhD student at the USB Faculty of Agriculture and Technology. The artificial intelligence will then be able to perform the evaluation itself.
