Walking seminar on Game Development @Södertörn University

Researchers/teachers and students are invited to a five-day walking seminar on game development in the Stockholm region.

05 Oct 2026 - 09 Oct 2026, followed by online seminars on October 15 and 16

Preliminary schedule (likely to change in details):

• Monday: Welcome session. Game development clustered around Södertörn University, presentations of SH Game Development programme and game development programmes in secondary schools. Presentation of the Press Start game cluster and participating companies.
• Tuesday: Game developers in Stockholm.  Visits to ION Game Design and other companies.
• Wednesday: Visit to Game development programme at Uppsala University.  Escape room experience.
• Thursday: Visit to Game development programme at Stockholm University.   Visit to Play beyond Play: Interactive computer game exhibition at the National Museum of Science and Technology.
• Friday: Game development workshop at SH.  Wrapup.

• online - Thursday 15th & Friday 16th: Evaluation of study visits. Future collaboration in games research and education between KreativEU partners.
