This unique educational program accredited by the MEYS can be used not only by recent graduates but also by those who have been out of school for a long time and want to further improve their German and develop their conversational skills.
Intensive German lessons take place in groups of up to 14 students from September to June in České Budějovice from Monday to Friday, with four lessons in the morning each day. Students who pass their first secondary school-leaving exam in a given year continue to have student status and all the social benefits that go with it (child benefits for parents, transportation benefits, health insurance, etc.).
During their studies, all students will be continuously and purposefully prepared for the globally recognised Goethe-Zertifikat B1 German language examination. The results, including the certificate, will be communicated to the individual candidates within one week of the exam.
We offer the loan of the necessary textbooks for the course from the USB Goethe Centre's own library. Exam preparation materials are available free of charge. We offer a 10% discount for each additional textbook purchased for study purposes. The classrooms of the USB Goethe Centre are fully equipped with audio-visual equipment, internet, WLAN connection, the possibility of streaming and live stream of events.
German language instruction is based on the Goethe-Institut concept and uses all the proven elements of the situational methodology based on the principle of guided conversation. Qualified teachers with many years of experience and a wealth of experience in an international environment. Classes are taught by a maximum of three teachers, including native speakers. Our tutors are regularly trained in the Deutsch lehren lernen methodology.
At the end of your studies, you will be given a certificate of completion of the training program. This is subject to achieving the required percentage of participation and passing the exit test. As a bonus, you can take the international Goethe-Zertifikat B1 exam at a discounted price.
