Representatives of the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology then presented to the minister advanced technologies applied to intensive agricultural production with the aim of supporting precision agriculture. He was particularly interested in the use of machine vision for monitoring livestock, improving efficiency in animal husbandry, and enhancing animal welfare. Other topics included the possibilities of using unmanned technologies in plant production for targeted application of plant protection substances, detection of crop damage, or saving fawns. The visit also featured a demonstration of the use of modern technologies in robotic milking, followed by quality control of the milk obtained.
