Alliance KreativEU connects USB and Universität Greifswald in preparing future teachers

On March 26, 2026, a working meeting took place between representatives of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and the Universität Greifswald (a member of the KreativEU alliance), aimed at deepening cooperation within the Teaching Internationally project (DAAD). The project supports student-teacher mobility, the development of joint courses and study programs, strengthening academic cooperation, and the Internationalisation@home initiative, which enables international experience for students without the possibility of longer-term mobility.

The meeting focused on specific forms of USB's involvement in project activities – particularly on the preparation of shared courses, the possibility of USB students participating in short-term mobility, development of visiting lectures and scientific cooperation, and strengthening USB's participation in the network of partner universities. Both parties confirmed their interest in focusing on joint educational activities that will support intercultural and professional competencies of future teachers.
