CEEPUS

CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies) is a multilateral exchange programme focused on academic cooperation and mobility in the region of Central and South-Eastern Europe. The programme operates on the basis of an international agreement between the participating member states and supports long-term cooperation between universities through thematic networks.

How CEEPUS works? 

  • University networks (at least 5 higher education institutions from 5 different participating/member countries)
  • Mobility (within approved networks or as a freemover)

 

Participating countries:

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, the Czech Republic, Kosovo, Croatia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia

 

Eligible activities within networks:

  • mobility of academic staff and staff of international relations offices
  • short-term student mobility
  • semester-long student mobility
  • summer schools
  • professional excursions / field trips
  • coordination meetings
