Cultural Heritage in Doctoral Research Dialogue
(Interdisciplinary Eco-Culture Heritage)
We invite you to an interdisciplinary meeting of doctoral students and students that connects cultural heritage, current research, and academic practice. The aim of the event is to create a space for dialogue across disciplines, sharing research approaches, and developing professional and transferable skills.

🎓 Who is the event intended for?
PhD students
– opportunity to contribute (presentation) and poster presentation
other students
– participation in presentations, workshops, and professional lectures
Any research topics are welcome. However, we expect presenting doctoral students to reflect on the connection between their dissertation research and the topic of cultural heritage (in a broad, interdisciplinary sense).
🧠 Topics and lectures
The program will include professional lectures and workshops focused on academic and professional development, including:
The position and rights of doctoral students in the EU
(based on cooperation between the Department of Social Sciences of the Faculty of Education and Polish colleagues)
Open Science & Open Data
– lecture by the Open Science & Open Data manager
Cultural heritage
– expert lecture from the Faculty of Arts
Time management in an academic environment
(in cooperation with the JU Career Center)
Well-being and mental health care
