Regular studies
1. Bachelor’s degree programmes of philology of foreign languages (focused on the English language, French language, Italian language, German language, or Spanish language.
- Applicants will be admitted without an admission exam;
- It is necessary to prove the language level of proficiency of the foreign language studies;
- The submission of the required proof of prior education must be provided (a high school leaving certificate, or the report card of the last year of studies at a secondary school).
2. Consecutive master’s programmes of philology of foreign languages (focused on the English language, French language, Italian language, German language, or Spanish language.
- Applicants will be admitted without an admission exam;
- It is necessary to prove the language level of proficiency of the foreign language studies;
- A diploma of graduating from bachelor’s studies in a related field of study must be provided.
The study is intended for those who have been granted refugee status in connection with the armed conflict in Ukraine.
Students may request the recognition of disciplines undertaken in a related field of study at their home university.
Instruction in the cases of selected disciplines is taking place in the Czech language and in the corresponding foreign language (EN, FR, IT, DE, ES) in the cases of selected disciplines. To successfully complete studies, Ukrainian students must successfully pass disciplines taught in the Czech language as well. With respect to the limited initial knowledge of the Czech language, the requirement to complete disciplines taught in the Czech language will be postponed by one year for these students so that they have enough time to acquire the language.
Applications can be submitted from 7 March 2022 to 31 July 2022.
Studies will be started on 29 September 2022.
Tuition fees are not required.
