MOBILITY ARRANGEMENTS

Eligible students who have been previously selected and nominated by the Sending Institution need to follow these steps:

BEFORE MOBILITY

1st step: ON-LINE APPLICATION

When the student is accepted, the Erasmus+ coordinator of the Receiving insitution sends to the nominated student a link to the on-line application and information about all things that need to be arranged BEFORE THE MOBILITY

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Student´s Transcript of records
  • Bachelor´s diploma
  • Passport
  • Visa
  • Travel Insurance for the period of stay
  • Printed document confirming validity of the student´s bank account (must contain: STUDENT´S NAME, BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER, IBAN, SWIFT)
  • Learning Agreement (see bellow)

 

2nd step: LEARNING AGREEMENT

Student fills in this form (part „BEFORE MOBILITY“) with the help of the erasmus coordinators of both institutions. This form must be confirmed/signed by all 3 parties (student, sending institution an receiving institution) – it circulates in scanned version

3rd step: ACCOMMODATION

Students arrange the accommodation for the whole period of their mobility. They can apply for a place at the University Halls of Residence within the on-line application or they can search for a private accommodation individually.

4th step: VISA and INSURANCE

Students are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance and visa permit for the whole preiod of their mobility. Documents which students need to present when applying for the visa will be issued by the faculty coordinator on individual request.

5th step: ARRIVAL

Students have to arrive at the latest 1 week before the start of the semester.

The university International Student Club offers all incoming students from abroad assistance with their arrival. Before your arrival, your "buddy" will contact you and help you.

6th step: STUDENT MOBILITY AGREEMENT

This agreement is concluded between the RI and the participant just after the arrival. It determines the financial provisions, rights and duties of the student and the RI.

The student concludes this agreement after the arrival at the University Central International office.

7th step: STUDENT´S SCHOLARSHIP PAYMENT:

The payment of the scholarship can be issued if:

  • all required documents are submitted
  • Student mobility Agreement is concluded
  • the student provides a printed document confirming validity of the student´s bank account (must contain: STUDENT´S NAME, BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER, IBAN, SWIFT)

SCHOLARSHIP

The scholarship includes:

  • scholarship for the subsistence costs:  800 EUR/ 30 days
  • scholarship for travel costs: 180 - 1100 EUR (depends on the distance calculator)

     100 - 499 km  180 EUR
     500 - 1 999 km  275 EUR
     2 000 - 2 999 km  360 EUR
     3 000 - 3 999 km  530 EUR
     4 000 - 7 999 km  820 EUR
     more than 8 000 km  1 100 EUR

 

DURING MOBILTY

During the mobility the students have to:

  • attend and carry out exams from all subjects listed in the Learning Agreement
  • if applicable, do Changes in the Learning Agreement (2nd part) within 30 days after the beginning of the semester (part „DURING MOBILITY“)
  • fulfil at least 18 ECTS credits

 

AFTER MOBILITY

After the mobility the students have to:

  • submit the Transcript of Records (3rd part of the Learning Agreement) issued by the Receiving institution and confirmed by both institutions within 15 days after the end of the mobility
  • submit EU Survey within 15 days after the receipt of the electronic invitation on participant´s e-mail
  • submit the original version of the Confirmation of study period within 15 days after the end of the mobility
