The University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice was visited on Wednesday 17. 6. 2020 by the Director of the Department for Science and Technology of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Prague, Mr. Hong-Wei Yen, Ph.D.
Mr. Hong-Wei Yen, Ph.D. talked with the Vice-Rector for Foreign Relations doc. PaedDr. Radka Závodská, Ph.D. about the possibilities of cooperation between USB and universities in Taiwan. The University of South Bohemia has already signed a university-wide cooperation agreement with the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) and the cooperation in the field of biological sciences is also taking place with the National Taiwan University in Taipei. The Institute of Applied Informatics USB has established cooperation with the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
