Enrolment conditions:
Eligible for enrolment are
students who
- handed in the attached application form until the given date (for the academic year 2006/2007 the date is August 14, 2006); the application form is sent to the dean’s office (Filozofická fakulta Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích, Na Mlýnské stoce 35, 370 01 České Budějovice); the application form is supplemented with a detailed curriculum vitae, a copy of university diploma, the list of publications and title and outline of the research project
- have finished a master degree in history at an European university
- have succeeded in the enrolment interview; the interview is aimed at recognizing applicant’s factual and methodological knowledge and his/her potency to study in the Ph.D. programme (mainly the ability of individual scientific work); the applicant is also asked to outline his/her future research project; also the knowledge of a foreign language (different from German) is tested during the interview
Cost of study:
In the line with the
university statute, students are charged from 3.000 to 4.000 EUR per semester.
The actual amount is decided by the dean of the Faculty in his enrolment
decree.
