We would like to kindly invite you to the exhibition Czechia in Arctic / Arctic in Czechia that is going to be held within the Artic festival in České Budějovice in the foyer of the rectorate of the University of South Bohemia from 20.11. till 20.12.2019.
The exhibition is going to be opened by on 20.11.2019 at 4 pm by the introductory word of Dr Zdeněk Lyčka from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, the dean of the Faculty of Science USB Prof. Ing. Hana Šantrůčková, CSc. and Doc. Ing. Josef Elster, CSc. from the Centre for Polar Ecology.
It includes a travelling panel exhibition of the Centre for Polar Ecology (CPE) at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, the University Centre in Svalbard (UNIS), the department of Scandinavian languages at the Institute of German studies at Charles University, the Norwegian Polar Institute and the Fund for bilateral relations within the funds EHP and Norway 2014-2021.
The exhibition in České Budějovice will be followed by a concert of UJD (Kry) in the club Velbloud (13.12.2019 at 8 pm) and the projection of Arctic movies at Horká vana.
